Can I come visit your studio?
Visits are by appointment only - shoot me a message to set up a time. Alternatively, if you’re local to the Edmonton area I’m always happy to do in-home consultations and bring by any painting(s) you’ve had your eye on and would like to see in person.
Do you offer a payment program?
Absolutely. I offer a no fee 6-month layaway plan. This plan requires a 25% down payment and then 5 equal, payments over the 6 month period. This will reserve the painting you want even if you cannot afford the full amount up front. This way you can ensure that the painting you love doesn’t sell out before you can afford it. Layaway cancellations will receive store credit only.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 7 business days. If you require rush shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
You bet! There may be additional shipping charges for locations outside of North America. I always try to find the best rate for shipping. Note: Any duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How are my items shipped?
Most paintings are wrapped in bubble wrap and a corrugated cardboard box. Paintings with a side longer than 36 inches long are removed from their stretcher bars, rolled and shipped in a tube to be restretched at its destination. I'm happy to help you through this process - just ask! :)
What if my items arrive damaged?
Please email photos of the items and packaging to email@example.com, and I'll do my best to get everything sorted out.
Can I pick up my order?
Use code "localpickup" to make arrangements to pick up your item in Edmonton.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. If something arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Are the colours exactly as they appear on my screen?
I try my best to make sure the colours represented online are as close as possible to the actual product. However, because of individual monitors, I can't guarantee they'll be exact. If you need more photos of a specific piece, just let me know.
